Rio is known for its warm soul, golden sunsets and vibrant colors. The Rio Spritz embraces the “carioca spirit” with a dash of tropical taste; passion fruit mixed with exotic vanilla in a colorful, unique, refreshing drink.
Recipe
- 50ml / 2 oz / 2 parts STOLI Vanilla / STOLI Premium
- 15ml / ½ oz / ½ part Passionfruit Syrup
- 15ml / ½ oz / ½ part lemon juice
- 25ml / 1oz / 1 part sparkling wine
- 25ml / 1oz / 1 part soda water
Build all ingredients in an ice-filled wine glass, stir to combine and garnish with an orange slice and mint.
