Cape Town inspires with its deep red soil, exuberant mountains and the strength of Mother Nature. Cape Town Mary, made with STOLI Cucumber, is a deep, rich new take on the classic Bloody Mary, reflecting Capetonian culture.

Recipe

  • 50ml / 2 oz / 2 parts STOLI Cucumber / STOLI Premium
  • 100ml / 4 oz / 4 parts tomato juice
  • 25ml / 1oz / 1 part red wine
  • 5ml / 1 bsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • 1 pinch Peri-Peri seasoning

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled highball rimmed with Peri-Peri, gently stir to combine, and garnish with tomato, lemon, and torched rosemary.
