50ml/ 2 oz / 2 parts STOLI Cucumber / STOLI Premium
100ml/ 4 oz / 4 parts tomato juice
25ml/ 1oz / 1 part red wine
5ml / 1 bsp fresh lemonjuice
1 pinch salt & pepper
1 pinch Peri Peri seasoning
Add all ingredients to an ice filled highball rimmed with peri peri, gently
stir to combine and garnish with tomato, lemon and torched rosemary
